Paula Richardson is the regional administrator for Camelot Senior Living, who has over forty years of experience in healthcare management and administration. She has a B.A. degree from McNeese State University. From her first days as a licensed nursing home administrator, she has been active in long term care consulting and management specializing in helping turn around problem buildings and quality issues. Her passion is serving the elderly and making certain they are loved and cared for according to their needs. Paula lives by the verse Philippians 2:30: "Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, but in humility consider others better than yourselves."
Abby Aucoin is the Regional Therapy Manager. She has been in this managerial position for over six years; however, has been a part of CCI for over eleven years, initially performing clinical duties as a speech-language pathologist. Receiving her masters in speech pathology, she has a total of fourteen years in this field. Abby enjoys greeting and engaging with patients during her weekly site visits at the local facilities. The highlight of her position is seeing therapists “stepping out of the box” from traditional therapeutic interventions and seeing the genuine happiness in the resident’s faces while engaged in those tasks. Her coworkers, each resident at the Camelot Senior Living homes and the wonderful group of administrative staff are what keeps Abby motivated to make CCI the best it can be!
Alisha Babin is the Administrator at Camelot Place in the rural Crowley Rayne area. She has been a part of this team since 2012, starting out as Social Services Director. Alisha earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2008, and her Nursing Facility Administrator license in 2016. When asked what she likes most about Camelot Place, Alisha says “When you walk through the front doors, it’s just like walking into your own living room. The home like atmosphere, delicious meals, and our work family all do a phenomenal job of making everyone here feel comfortable and cared for.”
Heather Bauder is the Administrator for Camelot Community Care. She brings with her a wealth of experience in health care management and a passion for delivering only the best care for the aging population. She has the energy, drive and enthusiasm not shared by many, but always desired. She comes to Camelot Community Care with over 20 years of experience. Prior to working with the elderly, she has challenged herself with a variety of different accomplishments. Her endeavors ranged anywhere from serving in the Army to working on a river based cruise ship to working in a five star gourmet restaurant that overlooked the Atlantic Ocean. She attended Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, majoring in Psychology and minoring in Sociology.
Carla LaHaye Duhon is the Executive Director of Assisted Living at Camelot of Broussard and has been with CCI for 3 ½ years. Carla has 15 years of clinical healthcare experience in the field of Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation. She also has 12 years of experience as a Certified Wellness Director in the field of Corporate Wellness, Adult Fitness and Cancer Rehab. She received a Bachelor’s degree at UL Lafayette, a Master’s degree from LSU in Baton Rouge and post graduate study at University of Northern Colorado. Carla lives in Lafayette with her husband Trey and 3 sons.
Lauren Granier is the Administrator of Camelot Brookside in Jennings, LA. She has been with the Camelot Brookside team for nine years, and has a total of 13 years in the hospitality field. Lauren has held her Nursing Facility Administration license since 2012 and has a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She enjoys arriving to work each day to the sight of residents rocking on the front porch overlooking the pond. Each resident and employed team member holds a place in Lauren’s heart and she loves the family that is Camelot Brookside.
S. Brock Naquin is the Administrator of Northridge. Brock has 16 years of healthcare management experience, 14 of which are with CCI. Over the years, he has provided oversight or financial consultation for a variety of healthcare facilities, to include a Nursing Home Division, MR Group Home Division, Dialysis, and Assisted Living. Prior to his career in healthcare, Brock attended LSU and received a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and performed graduate course work in Business Administration. Prior to LSU, he served in the US Army at Fort Bragg, NC in the 82nd Airborne Division. Northridge is the only VA contracted facility in East Baton Rouge parish.
Lan Richardson is the administrator of Magnolia Estates. Lan graduated from the University of Louisiana in hospitality management. That area of study has enabled Lan to bring a strong focus on customer service in both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. Lan has been affiliated with CCI for ten years, nine of which he served as Administrator at various locations. His leadership ability enables him to serve as a preceptor and mentor for Administrators in training. Over the years as administrator, he has led his team through two deficiency-free surveys, and achieved several CMS Five-star ratings.
